The Two Bedroom (Sleep 6) Static Homes are well-appointed with a comfortable lounge, a comprehensively equipped, fully fitted kitchen, and a twin and double bedrooms both with plenty of wardrobe space. There is sun terrace/balcony with outdoor furniture where you can relax and soak up the Sun. 

There is a Utility charge that will be payable on arrival.

Dogs are allowed. A £50 deposit is required on arrival some or all of this will be used for cleaning and the remainder will be given back to you.

Halcyon will provide passes for exchange guests to access the Owners Only customer service area.

A number of sandy beaches line the inside of Poole Harbour. In Dorset and our holiday park is right by one of them.  It gives us access to the calm waters here that are perfect for a range of water sports. With Sandbanks across the harbour, it’s an extremely desirable location for our Luxury Home, “Halcyon Days”.

Rockley Park is just a couple of miles from Poole’s town centre. The resort is a well-connected holiday destination that also features brilliant sea views and nearby nature reserves. You will be sharing the harbour with the celebrities and millionaires out on the Sandbanks peninsula – so it’s little wonder that so many people are keen to come for a visit.

There are some great sporting facilities including tennis courts, an all-weather multi-sports court, indoor and outdoor pools and a climbing wall; but we think the stand out feature is the relaxing health spa. It’s a nice, quiet adults-only environment where you can really unwind with the help of one or two of our health and beauty treatments

Utility fee of £30 per week payable on arrival.  Dogs are welcome but there is a £50 deposit which may be retained to cover the cost of any breakages or if a lot of additional cleaning is required.

There are two Clubhouses. One is for everyone and the other one is for owners only. As members of Holiday Owners Club or Dial an Exchange you are ‘Owners’ and have free use of this Clubhouse.
