- The office is open Sunday through Thursday from 9am-6pm, and on Friday and Saturday from 8:30am-7pm.
- When booking an apartment the resort will not move guests or change the apartment under any circumstances and most apartments are NOT wheelchair accessible, nor are they suitable for people with disabilities.
