Accommodation includes a spacious, light and airy living room with beautiful views over Meadfoot Beach and out to sea, with access to the balcony via the tall windows. There is an original ornamental feature fireplace with electric fire, three seater sofa, two seater sofa and two armchairs, a flatscreen with Freeview, dvd player and Playstation console. The fully equipped kitchen features a washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric oven with grill, electric four ring hob with hood over, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and cafetiere. There is also a traditional airing rack suspended from the high ceiling. The dining area, with stunning sea views, includes a table with four chairs. The master bedroom with coastal and sea views features a double bed, large wardrobe, drawer unit and wash hand basin. Bedroom two, again with stunning views overlooking Meadfoot Beach and access to the balcony, has twin beds, a bedside cabinet, drawer unit and wardrobe. The Apartment is ideally situated at the end of the Crescent closest to the sea, with a private balcony. A designated parking space is available inside the gated entrance to the Crescent. Guests are also permitted to use the Osborne Hotel's Health Club (indoor pool, tennis court, gym, sauna, excluding outdoor pool) at an extra charge payable locally.
15B Hesketh Crescent in Torquay, Devon was completed in 1848. The Crescent (named after landowner Sir Lawrence Palk's marriage to Maria Hesketh in 1845) was built as fifteen private houses. Number 15 is situated at the end of the Crescent closest to the sea, set on Meadfoot Beach, this is a lovely peaceful property within easy reach of all the amenities of Torquay town centre.
