Style of property: Westway Cottage in Cornwall is a charming, semi detached, fully equipped 1930s Coastguard Cottage. This four bedroom property is able to accommodate up to nine guests.

Principle rooms: Large lounge with open fire, cable television, dvd player, music centre and radio. Separate dining room with wood burner. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, iron/ironing board and washing machine. Bedrooms, one very large double room, one smaller double room and two twin rooms. Extra Z-Bed. Please note although bed linen and towels are not provided - duvets, blankets and pillows are available.
Outside living areas: Terraced garden at the back and front of the property. During winter months, car parking is free in a small public car park just 20 yards away. During the summer months, a car parking permit is required.
Property Location: Westway Cottage in Cornwall is located on a cliff top, opposite the sea in the secluded unspoilt village of Portwrinkle. Portwrinkle beach has a little harbour, with shingle and fine sand at low tide, as well as numerous rock pools.
Distance from town: The property is five miles from the small town of Torpoint and forty minutes drive from the centre of Plymouth. The South West Coastal Path passes through the village and an 18-hole cliff top golf links is five minutes walk away. Ideally situated for touring the spectacular Cornwall coastline, but also less than an hour’s drive from Dartmoor. The area is renowned for its spring gardens and bird life, with several National Trust properties and stately homes nearby.
Area activities: The Cottage makes an excellent base for walking the coastal path, close to safe beaches for children, excellent fish restaurant nearby and also convenient for the Eden Project. A car is essential to fully explore this lovely area of Cornwall.
