13 Dartmoor Lodge at Honicombe Manor in Cornwall is a charming, two storey, four bedroom house, furnished and equipped to the highest standards. The property is able to accommodate up to eight guests.

This house comes with leisure passes passes for the China Fleet Country Club in Saltash, this will allow two adults and four children access to their leisure facilities, guests can then use their swimming pool for £4.10 per adult and £2.30 for kids (kids under 6 are free).The 25 metre indoor leisure pool is beautifully set under a glass and timber roof, with shallow beach entry, exhilarating indoor flume, water features including bubble seat, air geysers and cannons and there is also lane swimming. There is also a jacuzzi, steam room, monsoon shower, sauna and a gym with a comprehensive range of Life Fitness strength and cardio vascular equipment. Members can enjoy the golf course, badminton court, squash court, tennis court, table tennis and short mat bowls. There is also an indoor play facility and a full activity programme available for all your youngsters to enjoy. Extra fees may apply for some facilities.

13 Dartmoor Lodge at Honicombe Manor in Cornwall is ideally located in the heart of the countryside, yet just a few miles from the coast, the city of Plymouth and Dartmoor. Nearby are sandy beaches, traditional fishing villages, stunning countryside, golf courses and numerous leisure activities.

The City of Plymouth is only eighteen miles away, with the National Maritime Aquarium, the waterside bars and restaurants and the historical attractions of this famous nautical city. Close by is Tavistock, Harrowbarrow, St. Anns Chapel and Metherell, which all have a selection of shops, local amenities and pubs. The larger town of Callington is only 4.5 miles away, with a wide variety of eating establishments, some of which have won national awards. 

Located just two miles from Honicombe is The National Trust owned Cotehele House and Quay, a well preserved Tudor manor house on the banks of the River Tamar. There are two championship golf courses within easy reach at St. Mellion International Hotel, Golf and Country Club. Other places of interest close by are Morwellham Quay, The Kit Hill Country Park and the scenic Tamar Valley Railway with regular services along the river-bank to Plymouth. In 1995 The Tamar Valley was designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty making it one of 40 in England and Wales.
