At Starfish we have paid attention to detail when furnishing and equipping our apartment and we hope our guests will find the standard of comfort and convenience they would expect in their own homes. Bed linen is provided, we only use finest luxury 100% pure cotton bedding for your comfort and every bed for each person has a firm and soft pillow we also provide a bath and hand towel for each guest plus kitchen towels. Please bring your own beach towels. Starfish is a NON Smoking area Ventnor bay The coastline around Ventnor is stunning. It wins all kinds of awards for its beauty and cleanliness. And you’re spoilt for choice when it comes to beaches – from the totally secluded Orchard Bay to the main Ventnor beach, lined with cafés, bars and restaurants. The beach This beautiful Blue Flag beach is lovely for families, surfers and sunseekers. Cafés, bars and pubs are nearby so you can grab a Minghella’s ice-cream… or a cheeky beer at the Spyglass, the locals’ favourite. If you’ve got you’re walking legs on then you can enjoy a beautiful stroll along the coastal paths to reach the quieter beaches and coves that sit either side of Ventnor bay. Bonchurch This beach is so secluded that it could easily just be you and a few seagulls sharing the sands. So how do you find this hidden jewel? Well, walk along the coastal path from Ventnor, or meander down through Bonchurch, past the 11th century church. Orchard Bay This golden crescent is hidden away just beyond the Botanic Gardens and the perfect spot to enjoy a picnic (the Chef at the Botanic Gardens will even make up a spread for you). Steephill Cove If you come when the tide’s in, you’ll wonder what all the fuss is about. But stay and watch it go out and this will reveal the beautiful, flat golden sands with rock pools and a dramatic cliff line backdrop. Simply stunning. The food’s pretty special here too.
