The holiday apartments at Rhinefield House near Brockenhurst in Hampshire are located in a splendid country house, built on the site of a royal hunting lodge, set in forty acres of landscaped grounds in the heart of the beautiful New Forest. The fourteen East Wing character apartments are situated on three floors, unfortunately there is no lift. The apartments include a fully equipped kitchen, telephone, television, dvd player and wireless internet. Please note no pets allowed at Rhinefield On site facilities include a restaurant, grill room, lounge bar, personal fitness instructors, gym, luxurious indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and spa pool. Rhinefield House also has beautiful, well-manicured gardens, including feature fountains and ponds. Enjoy a little croquet or tennis, a walk around the grounds or watch the koi carp swimming in the ponds. Rhinefield House is home to a number of hidden treasures. The Alhambra Room, originally built as a gentleman’s smoking room by the owner Mabel Walker-Munro as a birthday gift for her husband, is now an elaborate private dining room. Designed as an exact replica of the Alhambra Palace in Granada , it is elaborately embellished with onyx from Persia, magnificent copper and bronze, and hand-cut mosaic tiles. The lovely holiday apartments at Rhinefield House Timeshare are located near Brockenhurst in Hampshire. The Resort is ideally situated for Bournemouth, Salisbury, Portsmouth, and Southampton all within easy reach. The mainline railway station at Brockenhurst is three miles away. London is just a two hour rail journey. There are a number of attractions within driving distance including the New Forest, Beaulieu National Motor Museum 11 miles, Salisbury Cathedral 24 miles and Winchester Cathedral 26 miles. A car is essential to fully appreciate all this lovely area of Hampshire has to offer.
