The Bothy at Springhill Farm near Seahouses in Northumberland is a superb three bedroom ground floor property to accommodate six guests. The Bothy has the most amazing views across open countryside, the sea and Bamburgh Castle. It has an open plan living and kitchen area with vaulted roof space, the east wall has widows its full length from floor to ceiling giving you the feeling of outdoor living. The views from the living room are breathtaking, you can watch the daily party boats taking visitors over to the Farne Islands nature reserve, the sheep grazing in the fields or wonder at the huge fortress of Bamburgh Castle over to the north. 

Accommodation comprises of an open plan lounge area with satellite television with freeview, internet connection, dvd player, cd player, a fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, cooker, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer and dining area. There are three bedrooms one double bedroom with ensuite, one twin bedroom and one twin bedroom with ensuite and zip and link beds. There is also a family bathroom. The property is heated by underfloor heating, which can be controlled in every room, in the living room there is also a contemporary Italian log burning stove. So curl up on comfy leather sofas and watch the world go by. This lovely property has been awarded five stars, pets are welcome, there is a surcharge per pet and a maximum of two per property.

There is a private patio to the front of the property and a shared courtyard to the rear. There is ample on site parking, a storage area for bicycles and just a ten minute walk down a quiet country lane, you will find one of the most breathtaking beaches on the heritage coast.

The Bothy at Springhill Farm near Seahouses in Northumberland is situated within miles of beautiful countryside, and is close to some of the most breathtaking beaches on the Northumberland Heritage Coastline. The nearby fishing village of Seahouses provides a perfect gateway to the Fame Islands nature reserve. Bamburgh Castle can be seen from the cottage, as well as views of the Fame Islands, Cheviot Hills and lovely open countryside. For walking and cycling enthusiasts, there are miles of coastal and hill walk and cycle routes for you to discover. The surrounding area is steeped with history, within a fifty mile radius you will come across countless castles, historic houses, gardens, battle fields, market towns and visitor attractions. A car is essential to fully explore all this fantastic area has to offer.
