With 1 to 3-bedroom units, All units have 50 Inch TV’s and Wifi. leisure block features “Games Room”: They are 3 separate rooms, 1 contains a snooker table, 1 contains 2 pool tables which are coin operated (2 x 20p) and the third has table tennis, hand football, books and a lot of board games. The resort also has 7 properties which are dog friendly.

Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities and utilities. Smoking is not allowed in units. Please note the resort does not provide towels. Property access and instructions on arrival will be provided by the resort pre arrival. Prior to guests arrival, all properties have been fully inspected. We ask all guests upon arrival to thoroughly check the property, any dissatisfaction or noted damage or malfunction should be reported and discussed with the complex management immediately. Damage and breakages are the total responsibility of the guests and should be reported to the Management of Akeld prior to departure. The guest will be responsible/liable for the cost of replacement of any breakages or damage on a like for like basis (replacing with new items) on an indemnity basis. NOTIFICATION immediately of all problems to management is imperative. Babies/infants under the age of 2 are not part of the head count, children who are 2 years of age and upwards are part of the head count. Any guest who does arrive with over occupancy will be asked to pay for an additional cottage to accommodate the party or unfortunately will be asked to leave.
