Accommodation: The entrance leads into a modern, well-equipped kitchen. On split levels are a lounge and a separate dining room. The property is comfortable for four guests, two more can be accommodated in the dining room which has a 3/4 sofa bed. On the next floor is a bedroom with full-sized bunk beds and fitted wardrobes. Also on this floor is a bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin. On the top floor is a spacious, light and airy bedroom with a double bed and large fitted wardrobes. This room has fantastic views of the harbour and the Abbey over the rooftops. The Cottage is accessed through an enclosed alleyway via a flight of fairly steep stone steps. Care should be taken with small children and those with walking difficulties.
On site there is a summer house, raised patio area with garden furniture. On street parking is available in the area.

Tourist attractions along the promenade include the Spa and cliff lift down to the beach. Although approached via a number of steps it is convenient for local pubs, shops and tourist amenities.
