Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.

Guests only pay for utilities at the end of their stay.

Dogs are welcome at the charge of £50 (up to 2 dogs).

Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.

Please be aware campervans/caravans are not allowed on site due to the limited parking.

Please contact Resort directly if you would like assistance with airport transfers from Manchester/Liverpool/Leeds/Edimburgh to the Resort. Fees may be applied. 

The resort has a Saturday check-in during the year, however over Christmas and New Year the check-in dates are always 12/23 and 12/30.

LATE ARRIVALS: All guests who arrive outside office hours, will need to contact Resort to arrange Key collection. A mobile number will need to be provided, so Resort can send the access code for the property.
 
Resort provides access to spa facility within a 6-minute drive.

Resort has a strict non-smoking policy.
