Esthwaite Lodge on Limefitt Park in Troutbeck, Cumbria is a brand new, luxury lodge situated in the Beckside area of Limefitt Park. It enjoys magnificent views of the surrounding fells, as well as a delightful river bank location. The fully equipped, two bedroom, centrally heated, double glazed lodge can accommodate up to four guests. Outside there is a spacious furnished sun deck and parking for two cars.

Accommodation includes a spacious and bright open plan lounge/dining area with a pitched natural pine ceiling with built in lighting and full length windows and patio doors opening onto the south facing sun deck with delightful open views to the river and fields towards the fells. There are two comfortable two seater fabric sofas, a dining table with four chairs, a wall mounted flatscreen television, dvd player, DAB radio, a selection of dvds can be hired from the Shop at Reception. There is also a large selection of guide books and information on local walks, games and books. The contemporary kitchen is well appointed and equipped with gas hob with four rings, fan assisted electric oven, built in fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster and ample cutlery and crockery. Two Bedrooms, a master bedroom with ensuite luxury shower room, a double bed and plenty of storage space with fitted wardrobes, drawers and dressing table. The second bedroom has twin beds with plenty of storage space, fitted wardrobes and drawers. The family bathroom has a full sized bath with shower, vanity unit, toilet and a shaving point. Two well behaved, small/medium sized dogs are welcome at this property.

On site facilities include a children's play area, the Haybarn pub, free Wi-Fi internet connection, a small shop and a laundrette with drying room and ironing facilities and a river pool.
