Stay in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside on a working arable farm originally tenanted to Robert Ireland following its sale to raise funds for Robert Catesby, leader of the Gunpowder Plot conspirators in 1605. This historical setting amidst fields and woodlands is a peaceful place to unwind and relax.
Bullrush cottage provides wonderful accommodation for many a Birmingham or National Exhibition Centre visitor preferring somewhere ‘out of town’ and quiet to stay. Commuting options are convenient and parking is easy and safe.

Converted from the original farm stables, milking parlour and haylofts, the cottages are individually styled and full of rustic charm. Kitchens are well equipped and living areas are cosy and comfortable.
The pretty village of Henley-in-Arden, 2 miles away, is known for its great choice of country pubs and restaurants and, of course, the famous Henley Ice Cream Parlour is just a mile and a half away. There’s a wealth of nearby tourist attractions so holidays and short breaks are popular.
The farm is on the Heart of England and Arden Ways and is a short drive to see the colourful narrowboats at Hatton Lock near Warwick.
