The superior holiday apartments are situated at the five star deluxe Radisson SAS Bay Point Resort, Malta in St. George's Bay on the island's north coast, directly overlooking the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean, with views stretching from the historic Grand Harbour in the east to the sister island of Gozo in the west. Located in St. George's Bay, a quiet area, the Resort offers the best of both worlds, a peaceful haven that is just a kilometre away from the bustling nightlife of St. Julian's with its fashionable hotspots, restaurants and casino. St. Julian's started life as a little fishing village and this working tradition is still in evidence with brightly coloured boats bobbing about on the blue water. The picturesque bay is now the centre of Malta's boutique, entertainment and nightlife scene. The back streets are lined with a mass of cafés, discos, bars and casinos. The waterfront restaurants cater for an increasingly wide range of sophisticated tastes. St Julian's promenade is a popular meeting place, also favoured by dog walkers and joggers in the cool of the early morning and evening. It stretches for several miles round to the shopping district of Sliema. The luxurious holiday apartments at Radisson SAS Bay Point Resort at St. George's Bay, Malta are just a twenty minute drive from Valetta. All 252 rooms and suites include cable television and have a balcony or terrace and patio furniture with wonderful sea views. The hotel rooms have either twin or a double bed, there are no kitchen facilities, tea and coffee making facilities are provided. You may upgrade to a junior suite or executive suite, at an additional cost, either in advance or on arrival at the Resort, subject to availability. On site facilities include both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fabulous sports and leisure centre, beauty salon, sauna and massage services. The Kon Tiki Restaurant is popular for its delicious buffets, while Le Pellitant Restaurant serves exquisite cuisine and specializes in flambé. Le Bistro, which is open 24 hours a day, serves wonderful pastas and pastries. Free broadband is offered to all guests, this includes wireless internet access. The Resort also offers ample car parking for guests.
