Paradiso Villa near Konnos Bay in Cyprus is a stunning detached, three bedroomed Villa to accommodate up to six guests. The Villa is fully air conditioned with its own private outdoor swimming pool, set in a large secluded patio/sun terrace area.
The open plan, ground floor includes a comfortably furnished living area with a three piece suite, Satellite TV and DVD player. The lounge area looks out to the pool and large sun terrace. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven with ceramic hob, microwave, a large fridge/freezer and washing machine. The dining area has a large dining table with seating for six.. On this level there is also a separate wc with hand basin. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, two with two single beds in each, one with a double bed. All the bedrooms have a balcony view, fitted wardrobes and are furnished to a high standard. The bathroom is also on this floor and contains both a bath and a shower.
On site there is a large private patio/sun terrace with sun beds, table and chairs. The rear of the property is fully enclosed, making the pool, patio and terrace area private, secluded and safe for children. In the evenings, outside lights illuminate the pool, patio and terrace area. The pool is cleaned weekly. The gates to the side of the Villa provide secure parking for two cars.
Paradiso Villa near Konnos Bay, Cyprus offers easy access to both Protaras and Aiya Napa, as well as Konnos Bay. Konnos Bay is about a ten minute walk from the Villa and has some of the best watersports on the island. In the evenings you can walk into the centre of Protaras, hop on the bus or even take a short taxi ride in Aiya Napa, only 8km from the property.
Protaras is the most popular resort in southern Cyprus. It is a very lively, family resort offering something for everyone. Its wide variety of bars and restaurants cater for all tastes and budgets. A five minute taxi/bus ride east from Paradiso Villa will take you to join the lively night life and bustling holiday resort atmosphere on the main Protaras strip. The many bars offer entertainment, with many good quality restaurants to choose from, English, Chinese, Japanese, Italian, Indian, Cypriot. During the day Protaras returns to an area with gift shops and quaint boutiques.
The beaches at Protaras stretch for nearly ten miles, with some of the best waterskiing waters in the Med., not forgetting the jet skis, speed boats and parasending. Konnos Bay is a favourite beach and whether you walk down the steps or drive down the hillside the views are tremendous.
