Furnishings & decorations: Tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished with a comfortable cream coloured lounge furniture and dining suites. 

Outlook & views: The property enjoys sea views from the patio, with a view of the Besparmak mountains from the front door. Situated in pleasantly landscaped grounds with a feeling of spaciousness between each of the apartment blocks. 

Principle rooms: Double height living/dining room with arched windows, television, DVD and Hi Fi unit. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Two bedrooms, large gallery style master bedroom with a king size double bed and bathroom. The lower floor has a twin bedroom and second bathroom. The two bathrooms have toilets, basins, showers and one bath. 

Outside living areas: There is a large casement door from the living room leading to the patio, where there is an outdoor table and chairs. Beyond is a large section of the communal grounds, which has many mature carob trees. There is also a large (19m x 10m) communal outdoor swimming pool with sunbeds, and a petanque/boules court (please bring your own boules) available for all guests

Distance from town: The property is twenty five minutes drive from Kyrenia, with its historic harbour and castle and only ten minutes drive from Esentepe, with its fabulous views, pretty market square and cafés. Within forty five minutes drive are many historic sites and castles of Northern Cyprus.

Area activities: This property makes an excellent base, perfect for relaxing in the sun, lounging by the swimming pool, or having a relaxing game of boules with your friends. An excellent touring base for exploring the historic and rustic Northern Cyprus countryside. A car is essential to fully explore all this lovely area has to offer.
