Mandatory Cleaning Fee is 15 to 32 U.S. dollars. This fee is charged for cleaning the unit if less than a 7 night stay. Cash or Credit is accepted.
Goverment Tax fee is 70 U.S. dollars. Cash or Credit is accepted.
Apply to the Travel Cayman Portal (www.travelcayman.gov.ky) for an official Certificate to Travel, requesting a Travel Declaration. The declaration is valid for 90 days. Housekeeping Fees: US$15 - $32 for Wed check ins & stays less or more than 7 nights.

Mandatory fees consist of utility fees based on unit size: for a Studio unit of USD $180.00 per week, 1 bedroom unit of USD $260.00 per week, 2 bedroom unit of USD $399.00 per week and a tax fee of USD $10 per night. There is a pre-authorization/Incidental deposit on their credit card in the amount of $50.00 per day upon check-in, for a total of $350.00 for 7 nights. The deposit can be applied against the onsite charges or can be refunded if the charges are paid via another payment method.
