MANDATORY FEES: Nightly utility surcharge in USD is $20 in a Studio, $25 in a 1 Bedroom, $30 in a 2 Bedroom, & $40 in a 3 Bedroom. Occupancy tax is 10.00 U.S. dollars per day, per unit. Refundable key fee is 25.00 U.S. dollars, due at check in. Refundable security deposit is 500.00 U.S. dollars due at check-in. Cash or Credit is accepted.
Resort takes a meter reading at check in and another at check out and you pay for your energy usage.
