Club Lago Verde in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote is a small complex which offers a range of luxurious one and two bedroomed self catering units. Every apartment has fantastic views of the harbour and of the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, refrigerator, microwave and kettle. All are fully equipped with Satellite TV, spacious sun terrace and internal tropical garden. The large bathrooms have two wash basins, shower and bath. The apartments are cleaned twice a week and the linen changed once a week. On site facilities include a Reception, where you can change money, organize car hire, excursions and obtain information about other recreational activities. There is a large heated swimming pool surrounded by sun terraces, a poolside bar and also a self service laundry room. Please note this Resort is not suitable for guests with walking difficulties. Club Lago Verde is built on a hillside overlooking the town of Puerto del Carmen. Lago Verde apartments are situated in a privileged area of the island of Lanzarote, located at a high point of the town, they enjoy an exclusive view of the bay and old fishing harbour. Within five minutes walking distance you will find the shops, bars and restaurants of Puerto del Carmen, which is the main tourist resort on the island. The closest beach is only fifteen minutes walk away, where you can enjoy scuba diving, windsurfing and other watersports. Lanzarote is situated just 79 miles off the coast of Africa and is the most easterly of the Canary Islands. The island is 37 miles long and 12 miles wide, making it the fourth largest island in the Canaries. The island enjoys a mild dry climate with average daytime temperatures ranging from about 21°C in January to 29°C in August. This makes Lanzarote the perfect year-round destination.
