Snuggled in the woods surrounding Lake Morency, families can enjoy dog sledding, sleigh rides, ice fishing or an afternoon of ice skating. The slopes of St. Sauveur offer Nordic and Alpine skiing as well as snowboarding and snowmobiling. Some local trails are lit for night skiing. In warmer weather, go horseback riding or mountain biking, hike in the beautiful surroundings, or take in 18 holes of golf. Paddle a canoe, go windsurfing, or fish from the Auberge's lakeside location. Many European-style boutiques and restaurants as well as live entertainment can be found within a 20-minute drive. On site, enjoy cross-country skiing, ice skating, and snowshoeing. Rent snowmobiles in the winter and ATVs, year round, at the resort. Relax in the sauna or whirlpool/hot tub in the day spa after working out in the exercise room or weight room. Then take a swim in the indoor pool. In warmer weather, lounge next to the lake, swim in the kidney-shaped outdoor pool. or take in a game of tennis. Kids enjoy the games room. At the end of the day, sit on the deck overlooking Lake Morency or dine in the romantic ambiance of the restaurant
