  • Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
  • Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
  • RCI guests will have to provide via fax or scan their credit card number, expiry date and signature to the the resort prior to having access to the cottage. Once they have provided their credit card information, the resort will forward to them the combination for the lock box attached to the cottage
  • The resort requires reservations to be booked greater than 14 days before the start date. If you book a reservation that is 14 days or less prior to the start date the reservation will be cancelled.
