The complex on which the property is situated has 3 swimming pools , a spa center , an excellent gym and 3 restaurants, one of which is a roof-top BBQ restaurant with amazing views over the bay of Sunny Beach and nearby historical town Nessebar. There is also a sports bar with pool tables, darts and other games. Other facilities include a small supermarket on-site, and a reception with maid-service. A regular shuttle-bus provides travel to and from the nearby Sunny Beach, and car and bicycle hire is also available.

A great location, perfect for couples or families to relax and enjoy all of the excellent facilities within the complex, and just 10 minutes away from Sunny Beach.

Please be aware that some of the site facilities close on the 15th of september until beginning of june ie bars restaurants and shop. The reception and office will remain open all year round , transport ,transfers and maid service are available.

The Burgas Province region

Situated near the almond forest and just 10 min drive from sunny beach with 5 miles of golden sand. A little further is the heritage site of nessebar with cobble streets cliff top restaurants and great shopping.Plus only 25 minutes from the airport.

There are so many restaurants and bars in sunny beach you will be spolt for choice . There is the famous khans tent with an array of artists accrobats , fire eaters etc and a stunning meal in the roof top restaurant with the most amazing views. Also plenty of day trips if you fancy more than the beach , jeep safari , wine tasting , ancient villages to explore. St Vlas is another resort just a bus ride away with restaurants bars and shops there is also a marina and lovely beach there well worth a visit.
