The Condomínio Pousada Porto Paúba is a wonderful place for a vacation trip. It is located in front of the sea in the beach of Paúba, one of the most beautiful of the north coast of SP. With only 450 meters in length, Paúba is known for its white sand, its calm sea and magnificent sunsets. The Pousada Porto Paúba Condominium has 5 (five) floodlit swimming pools, three (3) for adults and two (2) children, outdoor barbecues lit and equipped, pizzerias and baked ovens, wood stove, wet and dry sauna, place for Indoor and outdoor showers, playroom, game room with pool tables, ping pong and foosball, general table games, central DVD and outdoor playground. Restaurant and bar outsourced.There is no wi-fi.
The apts have 35m2, double bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning and safe. Kitchen equipped with appliances and utensils, separated from the room by a balcony. In the living room there are two sofas that serve as bed, ceiling fan and flat screen TV. Bathroom with glass box, sink and cabinet.
The flat will be cleaned daily except Sundays. The cleaning schedule must be scheduled at the time of check-in. It is not included the washing of the dishes. Bed linen, table and bath included: If the period is equal to or more than 7 (seven) days, the bath linen will be changed 2 (two) times during this period, being one (1) exchange at the time of check- In and another exchange after 3 (three) days of lodging. Bed linen will be changed upon check-in and after 7 (seven) days of lodging. Not included: toilet paper, toiletries and cleaning products in general. Included are: trash bags, floor cloths and dish cloths.
