- Front Office operation hours: Friday: 8.00am – 7.00pm, Monday & Wednesday: 9.00am – 5.00pm, Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday: 9.00am – 1.00pm, Sunday: Closed.
- Holiday Concepts and their trade partners do not accept 'schoolies' bookings. Resort Management will refuse check in for any 'schoolies' bookings at the members/guests expense.
- If multiple units are booked in the same week it is a requirement of the resort that you purchase guest certificates for each additional unit booked. Failure to do so could incur a charge at the resort or access to your unit denied.
