Golden Leaf Apartments will be undergoing an exterior building washdown of the Resort. The work is scheduled for Friday, 15th August 2025 from 7.00am. Scope of the work will include mechanical washdown of all exterior painted surfaces from ground level up to guttering, including balcony areas where accessible. Scaffolding is not required. Contractor will be on-site from 7.00am, with no noisy / invasive work commencing prior to 8.00am. External ladder access to unit balconies may be required. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause you during your stay and thank you for your understanding as we work to improve the Resort for the enjoyment of all.
