Please note, after hours call-outs (unless an emergency) may incur additional fees.

Golden Leaf will have Garden Works & Pressure Washing.

15 October 2025 – mini excavator completing garden works at the pool and BBQ area.
This area will be closed for use for the full day and we request guests are advised to avoid the area. There may be some noise disturbance during this time.

Friday 17 October 2025 – Pressure washing of the common areas and carports. Work will begin at the
back of the property and move to the front of the resort after check-out. Minimal disturbance
expected.

  • Golden Leaf Apartments have no units on the ground floor. The ground floor has a carpark, laundry, and office. The first floor is the lowest level of apartments, accessible by climbing five stairs.
