IMPORTANT INFORMATION
COOLY BREEZE RESTAURANT REFURBISHMENT 

We are writing to inform you of upcoming renovations at Cooly Breeze Restaurant, located on Level 13 of Beachcomber International Resort.

Renovation works will commence on 23 February 2026 and are expected to be completed by 2 April 2026. During this period, some construction noise may occur. To minimise disruption, all works will be strictly limited to the hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Saturday.

In addition to the restaurant upgrades, the Resort will also be installing soundproofing in the apartments located directly below the restaurant. This enhancement is designed to reduce noise transfer from restaurant patrons once Cooly Breeze reopens, ensuring an improved guest experience.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as these improvements are undertaken. Our team remains committed to providing you with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Please note that Cooly Breeze will be closed from Monday, 23 February until 2 April during the refurbishment. We encourage you to speak with our friendly Reception team for recommendations on other local restaurants and eateries during your stay.

Important Information – Stage 3 Refurbishment


Beachcomber International Resort will take place on Levels 5, 6, and 7 from 27 June to 11 September 2026, during which these levels will be inaccessible.

Works will include entrance tile replacement, kitchen floor tile replacement, bathroom refurbishments, and corridor upgrades with carpet tiles. 

Construction will occur Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm, with jackhammering required in the initial weeks. While contractors will take steps to minimize disruption, noise is expected to travel throughout the building, and some disturbance will be unavoidable.
