The one-bedroom apartments are compact and ideal for two. However, thanks to two sofa beds in the lounge that can cater for a third and fourth person, they will sleep a maximum of four.
An enjoyable ferry ride across one of the most beautiful harbours in the world puts you in the shadow of the world-famous Harbour Bridge and the iconic Sydney Opera House. But this great city has much more to offer than a host of popular tourist haunts. Explore the harbour and waterways by paddle steamer, yacht, cruiser, jet cat or ferry. Sydney's cuisine and seafood dining, in particular, is some of the finest to be found anywhere in the world.
Hire a surf ski or sail board and make your own way around the harbour. Sydney has a string of famed beaches running north and south, including a popular one right in Manly, offering fantastic surfing, swimming and diving opportunities. Manly National Apartments is the only location close to a major city available for timeshare.
There is one secure parking bay provided per unit on Level R4. The parking station is owned by Manly Council. You must park on level R4. Failure to park on this level will result in a fine being issued to you by Council. Parking is available for additional cars on P2, P4 and P6 but as these levels are Council operated fees apply.
If you cannot check-in prior to 5.00pm on Friday, you must contact Eastcoast Vacations Member Services via email or telephone (Mon-Fri 9 to 5) to arrange after-hours access to your apartment. Late access instructions will be emailed to you. Your priority check in form must be completed prior to late access instructions being issued. Guests who fail to make arrangements for late access will incur $100.00 call out fee. Review extra documentation at the time of booking.
Resorts frequently contact guests via email, SMS, or phone prior to their check-in date. To ensure a smooth arrival, please make sure you have access to the mobile number and email address associated with your booking—both before and during your travel. Maintaining access to these communication channels is essential to avoid any potential check-in issues.
LIFTS REPLACEMENT PROJECT COMMENCES MARCH 2026 – ENDS OCTOBER 2026 The Owners’ Corporation will be replacing all three lifts in the building in 2026. Expected rollout: • 1 March – 30 June 2026: Replace tower lift 1 • July – end October 2026: Replace BOTH tower Lift 2 tower and Lift 3 (Public Car Park/Level 5 left) This means that: 1. Only ONE of the TWO TOWER LIFTS which access all floors will be available from March – October 2026 2. The lift to the public carpark – “LIFT 3” – will not be available from July to end October 2026. 3. Expect SIGNIFICANT NOISY WORK associated with the replacement work. The contractor will be working BUSINESS HOURS: Monday- Friday 8 am – 5 pm. They will not work on weekends or public holidays.
