The sprawling resort includes Cypress Lakes Golf and Country Club which is an 18-hole championship golf course ranking among the best Hunter Valley golf courses due to its pristine fairways, manicured greens and unique layout (fees apply).  If golf is not your thing try your hand at a game of tennis or relax beside one of the 3 swimming pools.  And after all of that you have built up appetite all day dining is available on site at Bodega Restaurant and Bar.
The Hunter region north of Sydney is the perfect escape with some of the world’s best wines, quality restaurants, exciting events and stunning World Heritage wilderness.  Hunter Valley is home to Australia’s oldest wine region and is two hour’s drive north of Sydney.  Find charming towns and villages, rolling vineyards and olive groves and splendid national parks of the Hunter Valley, the Upper Hunter and Barrington Tops.  Grapes were first planted in the 1820s and a good way to experience the wineries in the Hunter Valley is to do a tour.
