Rental bookings may be cancelled greater than 35 days in advance of check in for a full refund to the 7Across member account. Rental bookings confirmed and/or cancelled at 35 days or less in advance of check in are non-refundable.

Seashells will undergo the second stage of renovations. From 10th May 2024 the first refurb will commence, starting their refurbishment of the two bedroom apartments. They anticipate not many days of noise and if so only between 9-4pm. As they are only doing one apartment at a time. The area affected is minimal.
Seashells Resort has advised that the Adult indoor spa has been closed permanently effective immediately .

- Please note the a car is essential to fully enjoy the area as there is no public transport. The resort is in a remote area and public transport is very limited with only one or two bus services per week. Taxi's are expensive. Resort is 25kms from major town areas and resort does not offer a shutt
- The resort does not allow charging electric cars from the apartment's power supply. There is one designated area for charging between 5pm-8am daily, for a charge of $20 per day. Members must book it before arrival. At no time are electric cords permitted to be run from apartments to cars.
